Is there a charge per WhatsApp message?
Messages run on credits, bought separately from the subscription, so a clinic that sends fifty reminders a month isn't paying for a thousand. Your balance is on screen, you get a warning before it runs out, and reminders simply pause rather than failing silently.
I have two clinics. Is that two subscriptions?
One organization, one login, a clinic switcher in the header — and each clinic keeps its own patients, its own staff, its own price list and its own reports. Billing is per clinic, so two branches cost twice one branch and nothing extra for the second login.
What does it cost, and am I locked in?
A flat monthly price per clinic, on the pricing section above, taken from the same source the app charges from. Longer terms are cheaper when we set them; there is no setup fee and no contract you cannot leave at the end of a billing period.
